Daenerys Stormborn riding to war. I do realize that the crimson banner isn't really correct, but black (with a red element) didn't really work visually. Since red IS one of the Targaryen colours, it doesn't bother me too much. Photoshop
This painting really captures the Legendary feel of the event depicted. The white of the horse and the Queen are beautiful among the other tones. You did a good job too on the simple but credible design of helmets and armors.
Daenerys Targaryen, the Unburnt, Mother of Dragons, Khaleesi of the Dothraki, Trueborn Queen of the Andals, Rhoynar, and the First Men, Lady of the Seven, The One With 1000 Badass Titles, Perfectly Fappable, The Queen of Awesome etc. etc.
Knew who she was right away, regardless of the banner. I can't keep them straight anyway, there's just too many. You did really well keeping her age correct, she's still a little gangly, but moving towards full adulthood.
Just finished book 5 and REALLY don't want to wait another 5 years to know what's happening next.
Ha, when I saw the white hair in the small thumbnail I thought of Daenerys. I hope she wins this battle and takes the iron throne. She kinda looks like a small child on that huge horse and with the fight going on in the background. By the way, what's with the Stormborn, I thought her last name was Targaryen? Congrats on the daily Deviation
She's part of some family that lorded over dragons, and she was an heir to that throne, and proved it at the end of the season by allowing herself to be burned alive, but survived it, when everyone awoke next morning to find her alive, unscathed, with these dragons that had hatched from eggs she took in the fire with her. So, her skin is somehow powerful, but we haven't seen how she can survive a blade. Maybe she won't make it through that.
