I love the whole idea and the way you painted it. I was about to draw the scene when she enters the House of Black and White and the composition would be very similar to this... Now I'm not sure if I want to do it. Amazing work.
I've been listening to the audiobooks in the series at work, and am just about done with No. 4, "A Feast for Crows." I just heard something a bit startling happening to the Arya character. And I'm all set, when it ends, to listen to No. 5, "A Dance of Dragons." That will be the end -- so far.
And, if this means anything to anyone reading this, the success of this series based on George R.R. Martin's books has apparently led to SyFy (God, I hate that name) producing a series based on the "Wild Cards" books, for which Martin is a contributor and editor.
This is great I mean. All of your art is always great. But I love your beautiful background. And Arya looks as described. I like that you're not drawing her much older than she's supposed to be and all that. The pose is great
