The Narrow Sea by ReneAigner The Narrow Sea by ReneAigner
The Narrow Sea is treacherous. Many a captain has lost his ship and all souls aboard to the cruel rocks that await in those dangerous waters.
Davos Seaworth, the Onion Knight and Hand to the King at the Wall, Stannis Baratheon, is one of the few sailors who can master this part of the Westerosi seas.

It's fun to see all these places come to life in your art. You really capture what I see in the books. And I love your knowledge and the captions for each one. This sky is beautiful.

Breathtaking. Hopefully it's not a bad comment if I say, the style of the picture reminds me a lot of the works by Caspar David Friedrich, especially: "Das Eismeer" (Die gescheiterte »Hoffnung«) and somewhat of "Der Wanderer über dem Nebelmeer".

But in your's, I think the evening sun in the sky and on the rock makes it far more romantic.

I've reworked the ship to make it read better. I think now the perpective should be a bit clearer.

somewhat, although I think the back of the ship still could be a little "higher" if you know what I mean (at the waterline that is). Then again, who am I to complain? I love ships but I can't draw them for nothin! :)
